The Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana has granted License No. 55 of 2011 dated 10.06.2011 and 35 of 2017 dated 20.06.2017 for areas measuring 6.79375 acres for developing a commercial colony in village Bajghera, sector-114, Gurugram in collaboration with M/S Chintels India Pvt. Ltd. having its Regd. Office at A-11, Kailash Colony, New Delhi-110048 and Corporate office at Chintels Corporate Park, Sector-114, Gurugram.
Now on our request DTCP, Haryana has very kingly accorded in principal approval of revised building plans of the above said colony vide memo No. ZP-734/SD(DK)/2021/28304 dated 09.11.2021. As per term of the approval we hereby invite objections from the existing allottee regarding the said revisions in the building plans the existing and the revised building plans are hosted on our Website www.chintels.com
The objection if any to the proposed revisions of the building plans may please be sent to the office of Senior Town Planner, Town and Country Planning Department, Sector-14, Gurugram within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. After that it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the revised building plans being approved.
